Whoami
Hey! I’m x0n1 — but honestly, names are optional in this game, right? What really matters is the passion behind the keyboard.
I’m part of a red team, and I work as a penetration tester — which basically means I get paid to think like an attacker, find the cracks in the system, and help businesses fix them before someone else takes advantage. It’s a job that constantly throws new puzzles my way, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Off the clock, I’m all about Capture The Flag competitions and offensive security research. There’s just something about diving into a weird box at 2 AM, trying 37 payloads that don’t work, and finally finding that one tiny misconfiguration that opens the door — pure dopamine. I co-founded a CTF team called Nameless Hunters, where we team up to tackle challenges, learn from each other, and occasionally scream at firewalls together. Good times.
Outside of cybersecurity, I’m a bit of a tinkerer. I love messing with electronics — soldering wires, breaking microcontrollers, and building weird little tools that solve problems nobody else has. Whether it’s a custom USB implant or a Raspberry Pi gadget taped to a drone, I like building things that blur the line between software and hardware.
One thing about me: I never sit still for too long. I’m always chasing the next challenge, the next technique, the next exploit to master. That mindset led me to earn a few certifications along the way: eJPT to get my hands dirty, eWPT to level up in web exploitation, and most recently the CPTS, which was a true grind and a massive step forward in my red teaming journey.
So yeah, if you’re into breaking stuff, building cool tools, or just love the thrill of the hunt — we’ll probably get along just fine. Hit me up on HackTheBox, TryHackMe or Medium. Or just dive into my writeups and see what I’ve been up to.
And remember: if you’re not learning, you’re probably doing it wrong. 🔍
Where I Lurk
I’m not hard to find — just follow the trail of root shells and payloads. If you want to keep up with my latest writeups, walkthroughs, random tech ramblings, or see what the Nameless Hunters are up to, here’s where I hang out:
